CSA Preface Standards development within the Information Technology sector is harmonized with international standards development. Through the CSA Technical Committee on Information Technology (TCIT), Canadians serve as the SCC Mirror Committee (SMC) on ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1 on Information Technology (ISO/IEC JTC1) for the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the ISO member body for Canada and sponsor of the Canadian National Committee of the IEC. Also, as a member of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Canada participates in the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (ITU-T). This Standard has been formally approved, without modification, by the Technical Committee and has been developed in compliance with Standards Council of Canada requirements for National Standards of Canada. It has been published as a National Standard of Canada by CSA Group. Scope This document provides terms and definitions for vocabulary used in the field of learning, education and training (LET) to facilitate international communication in the field. This document also identifies and provides the relationships among the vocabulary ensuring a cohesive and harmonized approach. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Préface CSA L’élaboration des normes dans le secteur des technologies de l’information est harmonisée à l’élaboration des normes à l’échelle internationale. Par l’intermédiaire du Comité technique CSA sur les technologies de l’information (CTTI), des Canadiens forment le Comité parallèle du CCN (CPC) ou sein du Comité technique 1 de l’ISO/IEC sur la technologie de l’information (ISO/IEC JTC1) pour le compte du Conseils canadien des normes (CCN), organisme membre de l’ISO pour le Canada et parrain du Comité national canadien de l’IEC. De plus, à titre de membre de l’Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT), le Canada participe aux travaux du Secteur de normalisation des télécommunications de l’UIT (UIT-T). Cette norme a été officiellement approuvée, sans modifications, par le Comité technique et a été élaborée conformément aux exigences du Conseil canadien des normes concernant les Normes nationales du Canada. Cette norme a été publiée en tant que Norme nationale du Canada par Groupe CSA. Domaine d'application Le présent document fournit des termes et définitions relatifs au vocabulaire utilisé dans le domaine de l’apprentissage, de l’éducation et de la formation afin de faciliter les échanges internationaux dans ce domaine. Le présent document identifie et établit également les relations entre les vocabulaires pour proposer une approche cohérente et harmonisée.
