1.1 This test method covers the determination of the resistance of leather to blocking under specific conditions of temperature, humidity, and pressure. This test method does not apply to wet blue.

This test method establishes the standard procedure for determining the resistance of leather to blocking under specific conditions of temperature, humidity, and pressure. This method is not applicable to wet blue. This procedure requires the use of a forced circulating hot air oven, American Medical Museum jar with lid, Petri dish with cover, and weights.
